Scriptures: Psalm 15, 23–25, 47 |

These psalms paint a picture of what it looks like to live close to God. Psalm 15 asks a simple but weighty question…who may dwell in God’s presence? The answer can only be found in integrity, honesty, and a life lived for Him. Grace shows up here as direction. God never leaves us guessing about the kind of life that reflects Him…He makes it clear and attainable through relationship.

Psalm 23 shifts the tone into comfort! The Lord is not distant…He is a shepherd who leads, restores, and walks with us through every valley. Even in the darkest places, His presence remains constant. Psalm 24 then lifts the perspective again, declaring God as the King of glory, worthy of honor and authority over all. Grace appears in both closeness and majesty. God is near enough to guide us and great enough to lead everything.

Psalm 25 brings it back to a personal level by seeking guidance, asking for forgiveness, and trusting God’s paths. It reminds us that following God is not just about knowing the right way…it is about walking it with Him daily.

Jesus is the Shepherd who walks with us, the King of glory who reigns, and the One who teaches us how to live in God’s presence. Where these psalms describe the life of faith, Jesus embodies it perfectly and calls us into it. Grace reaches its fullness when the path, the presence, and the King are all found in Christ.

Challenge Question:

Write down one area where you need God’s guidance, one area where you need His comfort, and one way you can honor Him as King in your life. Then choose one intentional step this week to walk with Jesus in one of those areas.
