Rest Day |
This week traced God’s heart for holiness, restoration, and everyday faithfulness. You saw that holiness was never meant to be unreachable. It touched work, relationships, bodies, boundaries, worship, and love for others. Again and again, God revealed that grace is not opposed to holiness…it is what makes holy living possible in the first place!
You also saw how all of this points to Jesus. He fulfills the law, carries away sin, restores the broken, and lives out the holiness Israel was called to reflect. Through Him, holiness becomes relational rather than rigid.
Use today to pause and let the weight of these chapters settle without rushing forward. Notice where God’s instructions felt protective rather than restraining, and where obedience felt like a personal invitation rather than a burden.
Reflection Questions:
Which command or theme from this week challenged you the most, and why?
How does seeing Jesus as the fulfillment of holiness change the way you approach obedience, rest, and grace in your own life?
