Rest Day |

This week showed that God’s work often advances through consistent obedience rather than dramatic moments. You watched victories add up slowly, faithfulness rewarded over time, and promises move closer to fulfillment. Again and again, God proved that He honors perseverance, not just bold beginnings. Grace appeared in “sticking with it”…God stayed faithful through every step, battle, and season of waiting.

You also saw how Jesus fulfills this pattern perfectly. He leads us through both visible victories and quiet ones. He does not rush the process or abandon the work halfway through. What He begins, He completes. Rest today is trusting that faithfulness over time matters and that God is still at work even when progress feels gradual.

Use this day to pause and take inventory. Notice where God has already carried you farther than you expected.

Reflection Questions:

Where have you seen God’s faithfulness unfold slowly but surely in your life?

How does trusting Jesus with long-term obedience change the way you approach rest, perseverance, and hope today?
