Rest Day |

This week revealed both the patience and the grief of God. You saw Him respond again and again to cries for help, even when the pattern of failure repeated. You also saw how much human weakness complicates leadership, decisions, and obedience. Yet grace never disappeared! God remained moved by suffering, active behind the scenes, and committed to deliverance even when His people struggled to stay faithful.

You were also reminded that Jesus stands in contrast to every flawed judge. Where others delivered temporarily, He delivers completely. Where human leaders wavered, He remained faithful. Rest today is not about fixing the cycle, but about trusting the One who breaks it.

Use today to pause and breathe. Reflect on where God has been patient with you, and where His compassion has met your weakness. Let gratitude replace pressure, and trust replace self-reliance.
