In and Out of Season

We've discussed what it is to be a Spiritual Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. But we aren't all in the same season at the same time! How do we work hand in hand with those in other seasons? What can we do to lean on the strengths of those in different seasons in order to be the unified church that Jesus longs for us to be?
